What kind of drawing works best?

Dark pen or marker on white paper, photographed in good light, straight on, with the whole maze in view. Pencil works too.

The app says there's no way through. What now?

Sometimes two lines nearly touch and get read as joined. The green area shows how far you can get. Use the eraser to open the gap, and undo if you erase too much. Pinch with two fingers to zoom in for careful work.

How do I move the start or the end?

Drag the green dot (start) or the yellow dot (end) to a new spot. They snap to the nearest place the player fits.

How do I keep my mazes when I change phones?

Tap Back up at the bottom of the home screen and save the file to Files or iCloud Drive. On the new phone, tap Restore and pick that file. Saved mazes also stay through app updates.

Does Maze Quest need the internet?

No. Everything, including reading your photos, happens on your iPhone.
